It also welcomes a brand new outdoor shower w/ changing room. A great deck w/ both a sitting & dining area. Beds have nice foam mattresses. Pull out couch bed is also high-quality foam bed. We ask all guests to bring their own linens & towels.

*There is a 4-night minimum rental requirement from the end of June to Labor Day* Enjoy all that this charming house has to offer with the lagoon right in your backyard. Lay out on the hammock, chill by the firepit or BBQ on the deck. Have fun on the water with the paddleboards / kayaks or take a bike ride out into the nature preserve. You can also bring your own boat or jet ski right up to the private floating dock. The dock is also a great spot for fishing and crabbing.
