Cute self-contained sleep out.

Self-contained with bedroom, bathroom and tea/coffee station. Opens onto a small patio in our super sunny garden. We live in the main house on the property but our guest house is at the rear of the property and is nice and private. We do have a small dog that is sometimes in the garden. He’s super friendly but can be kept away if needed. Great location, bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into CBD in 15min. Ferry is also located in Birkenhead which is about 5km away.

Enjoy this private guest house, with your own deck overlooking the bush. With great access to city and North Shore beaches, the apartment is easily reachable from Auckland City and surrounding suburbs. There are restaurants nearby and a supermarket across the road There is a bus stop right at the top of the drive to connect you to the beautiful Takapuna Beach as well as the CBD (Britomart). Alternatively take the bus to Beach Haven and enjoy a ferry trip into the City or Hobsonville Point.

Secluded sunny studio with off-street parking

The 35 square metre self-contained studio is private, elevated and peaceful with a sunny deck overlooking the garden and Eskdale Reserve's native bush. Both the studio and its carpark are out of sight and sound of the road down a long sloping ROW that is shared with the main house. NOT suitable for guests with restricted mobility because of the stairs from carpark to studio (see photos). Uncluttered. Suitable for cooking, working, relaxing. 10min walk to nearest shop and bus stops.
