Legge's Sunset Suites - Self contained suite with queen size bedroom, and sofabed in living area. Suite has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub/handheld shower, bbq on deck and shared firepit available. Suite #1 faces the main road but stroll just a few steps to enjoy sights, sounds and smells of the ocean, maybe see a whale, and capture spectacular sunsets. Golf less than a km away, just 15 km to Dildo. Hiking trails, restaurants, historic sites, local arts, crafts and shopping nearby.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This basement apartment comes equipped with everything you want and need. Enjoy long bubble baths in the soaker tub. Sit back and enjoy movies and popcorn from our popcorn machine and cook your own meals in the kitchenette that has an air fryer toaster oven, slow cooker, microwave and fridge. The bedroom has a queen bed and futon in case you need some extra space. A few minutes walk from park, splash pad, trails, ocean and CBS Yacht Club.

Oceanfront, beach side, 1 bedroom basement suite in a quiet cul de sac in CBS. Same amenities as a hotel, but with more, including laundry and cooking appliances, dishes, etc. Next to trailway with benches for views of sunset/sunrise, and the bay. Located close to stadium, post secondary institutions and highway for access to the capital city and surrounding towns. Beach bonfires available upon request. No pets, smoking, vaping, drugs, or cooking with curry due to sensitivity to odor.

Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, museums and Sheila Nageira theatre. One hour's drive to St. John's.
