With views over the internal patios, it's very quiet and relaxing, while the full kitchen gives you an opportunity to enjoy breakfast in bed or to dine in the salon if you are tired of going out to restaurants every night. The bathroom (15 m2) is equipped with a large three-headed rain shower and your own jacuzzi bath. We offer a choice 180x200 king size bed or two 90x200 twins. It can sleep two extra guests on a comfy 160x200 sofa bed. In your apartment you will find incredibly comfortable mattresses -we decided to equip some apartments with Tempur or Tempur topped mattresses while the others are traditional 30cm high spring mattresses. To add to your comfort we have selected 400 thread count Egyptian cotton bed linen. As you get up in the morning you can choose to make breakfast in your fully equipped kitchen -a Nespresso machine is always at hand! - and have it in the luxury of your bed while you roam the high-speed wifi internet provided in the room and indoor common areas to finalise your plan for the day or to pick up your pre-ordered homemade breakfast from outside your door and head to our planted roof-top terrace garden… a well deserved drink by the plunge pool from one of our two honour bars…. enjoy an evening in with hifi music or a bit of TV roaming on your 49" screen.

This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
