Welcome to our country retreat 1/2 mile from I-65. Stay for a night during a road trip or a little longer and enjoy the area. Visit the Poarch Creek museum or casino at Exit 57. We're close enough for day trips to FL & AL beaches (about 1.5 hours). If you're into history, it's not far to the USS Alabama battleship or Fort Mims. A quaint country cottage outside of Mobile Al. 8 miles from the heart of Spanish Fort. 14 miles from the MEGA SITE, near multiple fishing outlets, horseback riding, state parks, cruise ships, shops, restaurants, waterfront, bike paths, stadiums, USS Alabama, and Gulf Beaches. Some of our favorite activities include hiking and biking on a labyrinth of well-marked roads and trails, sporting clays, excellent birding opportunities and kayaking or canoeing on the pristine Perdido River. The remote natural setting on our stretch of the river offers our most valuable asset, PRIVACY.
