The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Set in the pleasant village of Batheaston opposite Solsbury Lane leading to famous Solsbury Hill and the wonderful views, close to bus stop with frequent buses into Bath 3 miles away. There are several pubs within walking distance that also serve food. Parking.

Light, homely flat by Victoria Park, with free off-street parking for one car. The Royal Crescent is 10 mins walk away. The town centre with the Roman Baths and Spa is 20 mins walking distance across the park, or a five minute bus ride along the road below the park. The Priory Hotel Garden Spa is just along the road from the flat, a five minute walk. In total there is a standard double bed and double sofa-bed (with a single futon mattress available if someone prefers to sleep separately).
