Stay and Relax with family and friends at our beautiful home. It is located 4 miles from Sardis Lake and 1.4 miles off of I-55. 27 miles from Oxford (Ole Miss), 35 miles from Southaven (ballfields and Tanger Outlet Mall), and 8 miles from Batesville (Wal-Mart). Our home can accommodate 13 people comfortably. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 baths with a 2 level deck, one covered and one open. Large driveway loop and parking area for multiple boats. Deer and Turkey can be seen regularly in the yard.

Cute comfortable guest house in small Mississippi town. Como is 40 miles south of Memphis and 40 miles from Oxford , MS. Take in a Ole Miss game or check out Beale St. We are within walking distance of Main Street in Como where you can find great restaurants and antiques. Swim in our lovely pool, sip your morning coffee sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the pool and pasture with 4 mini horses.

Our lake house is located on the lower Sardis lake. Walk a few steps to fish for crappie, bass and catfish off the back deck. There are two grills outside with a fire pit and two bench swings for relaxing at night. This is a great place to stay for large families or two families or a big group. Oxford and Ole Miss are just a short drive away if you are looking to hang out in the grove for a football game or just want to go shop or eat in the historic square in Oxford.

Fully renovated 2BR/2BA cottage with a cozy gas fireplace and fresh finishes throughout. Enjoy the covered back patio with outdoor kitchen and seating area for coffee, grilling, or winding down. Wonderful home located on the water at the lower lake of Sardis. There is a private dock and a boat ramp only 1 house over. Located 3 mins from the upper lake & the marina. Screened in front & back porch. Firepit in backyard. Great getaway spot! OWNERS HAVE NO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF WATER LEVELS ON THE LOWER LAKE OR IF THE DOCK WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.
