Briggate House Barn is set in a charming hamlet, just a few minutes from Worstead. Situated close to the coast, Norfolk Broads and with direct access to great walks, cycle routes and bird watching. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, one downstairs. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and a bright & airy living room - a fantastic space whatever the season; curl up by the fire or open the enormous barn doors to the sunshine. Outside terrace with a seating area, BBQ and access to a lovely garden.

The log cabin is set in beautiful, scenic surroundings, the perfect place to unwind and escape the pace of everyday life. Nearby amenities include a newsagent, an Indian restaurant, and a pub, all within easy reach. The Waterhouse is just a 15-minute drive from both the Norfolk Broads and Norwich city centre, making it a great base for exploring the area. I’m available if you need any assistance. Our home is bright & light and has large living spaces, with the main living room looking out onto the patio and garden which gets direct sunlight all day. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and Nespresso coffee. The bungalow has 3 dining areas - kitchen, dining and garden. Our four luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years! One hut onsite allows dogs!

The boat shed is a cosy studio, situated just a minutes stroll from Barton Broad, there is a super king bed that can be adapted to form 2 singles, please request which you prefer when booking, a kitchen area with double oven, hob, fridge washing machine, and microwave, the bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. There is a table and 2 chairs and a sofa. A large garden, with table and chairs and a bench, also a table tennis table.

Sandy Lodge is a home set in the sand dunes with a terrace and gate leading directly up and over to the large Blue Flag beach at Sea Palling, North Norfolk. Near to the Seal Colony at Horsey.
