Three queen sized bedrooms plus a den will sleep 8 guests comfortably. There are 2 full baths with a walk-in shower on the main floor. The enclosed back porch and small fenced patio is great for pets or snuggling around the fire. The property is centrally located with an average 3 min drive to shopping and the hospital.

The Ultimate Getaway

Our place was designed for families . We gave the yard a campground feel with a large bilevel deck, blue-tooth speaker surround sound, two sitting areas, a hot tub, two fire places (propane and wood),zipline to a landing platform, and a slide from the platform to a sandbox for kids. The yard is very spacious with lots of room to play. The inside was modernized and includes wifi and smart tvs in every room with a large leather sectional couch for easy visiting.

Enjoy easy access to Waterton National Park, Castle Mountain Ski Resort, and Calgary. Fast internet, remote work, and streaming available.

Magrath is a Wonderfull town. 45 minutes to Waterton park and 20 minutes to Lethbridge. There is a Pharmacy, Sash Pizza, 2 banks, post office, hair salon and seniors centre. Outdoor swimming pool and play grounds. It's a small safe community great for kids. We use Hypoallergenic laundry soap and free and gentle fabric softener for all our towels and bedding.
