Welcome to our stylish barn conversion based on our working family farm. Dog friendly with plenty of traffic free walking straight out the door, fully enclosed garden safe for dogs. Hot tub. bedroom1-King size bed, bedroom2-single bunks and double sofa bed in the living area. Open plan kitchen/Living area with light and airy feel. Beautiful log burner for cozy nights in by the fire after you’ve taken a dip in the log fired hot tub. Perfect for a relaxing time away for couples/family/girls trip!

One bedroom annex over three floors +garden.

Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. We only accept bookings from people who are staying and have been verified by Airbnb, not from people on behalf of someone else.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful village residence but only 4 miles from stunning historic York with easy public transport access. Bring your pet too, they have indoor and outdoor space and wonderful country walks in the local area. Enjoy our sunroom, a cosy space to eat in Summer or Autumn. Our local pub is on the doorstep serving excellent home cooked meals or a take away Sunday lunch. With 2 parking spaces and secure lock up lock up for mountain bikes.

A lovingly restored, 15th century barn in the pretty village of Brayton, 1.5 miles south of Selby.
