Villa del Pezzino (private beach)

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Appartamento con ampia terrazza, circondata dal verde, che offre un panorama mozzafiato sulla città e un'ampia vista sul mare. La terrazza è adornata da numerosi fiori e piante e dispone di un tavolo sotto il patio e di sdraio. Situato a Castagnetola, il paese dei limoni, ai piedi delle Alpi Apuane. Parcheggio gratuito. In auto, si raggiungono il mare in 15 minuti e il centro di Massa in 7 minuti. Nel paese sono presenti tre ottimi ristoranti e un piccolo negozio di alimentari.
