Fully serviced penthouse duplex with terrace - professional 30 minute daily cleaning included monday through saturday. The apartment is newly renovated and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. On the second floor you have access to a large private roof top terrace with chill out furniture, plants and an outdoor shower. The apartment is located in the city centre next to the Contemporary Art Museum, only a few minutes walking to Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya! Feel at home while enjoying hotel services like daily cleaning. The apartment has been decorated with a lot of taste and character. In the room you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. There are 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and the other bedroom a double bed. There are three complete bathrooms. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with wi-fi internet. The three double bedrooms makes this apartment perfect for families and smaller groups. For larger groups we also have more apartments available in the same building. The apartment covers a whole floor of the building and the roof top terrace. The roof top terrace is a sun deck for day use until 10.00 pm in order not to bother they rest of the neighbors. Clients have access to free wifi, tv, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heating, laundry machine downstairs in the building basement, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complementary amenities, towels, sheets..... Extra cleaning is also available for a fee. Our target clients are adults 30+, families and business travellers. We don't accept bachelor parties or anyone that might bother other neighbors. Check-in after 20.00 has an extra cost of 30 euros. For check-ins after 24.00 there is an extra cost of 50 euros.

Large windows let in natural light in a quiet urban setting. They have a living-dining room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The interior colors convey freshness, tranquility, confidence, well-being, positive energy, stimulate creativity and reading. TOURIST TAX: 6.88€ per night per person, for up to 7 nights (adults only). The guest must pay the tourist accommodation tax, which is €6.88 per night per person, for up to 7 nights. Starting on April 1, 2026, the amount will be €10.45 per night per person, up to a maximum of 7 nights. LAUNDRY SERVICE (EXTRA CHARGE) In addition, we offer a convenient laundry service available, which comes with an extra charge. -Our standard cleaning schedule is halfway through stays of 5 days or more.
