In the room you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room you have access to a charming balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. There are 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and the other bedroom a double bed. There are three complete bathrooms. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with wi-fi internet. The three double bedrooms makes this apartment perfect for families and smaller groups. For larger groups we also have more apartments available in the same building. The apartment covers a whole floor of the building. Clients have access to free wifi, satelite tv, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heating, laundry machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complementary amenities, towels, sheets..... Extra cleaning is also available. Our target clients are adults 30+, families and business travellers. We don't accept bachelor parties or anyone that might bother other neighbors. Check-in after 20.00 has an extra cost of 30 euros. For check-ins after 24.00 there is an extra cost of 50 euros.

The interior colors convey freshness, tranquility, confidence, well-being, positive energy, stimulate creativity and reading. TOURIST TAX: 6.88€ per night per person, for up to 7 nights (adults only). The guest must pay the tourist accommodation tax, which is €6.88 per night per person, for up to 7 nights. Starting on April 1, 2026, the amount will be €10.45 per night per person, up to a maximum of 7 nights. LAUNDRY SERVICE (EXTRA CHARGE) In addition, we offer a convenient laundry service available, which comes with an extra charge. -Our standard cleaning schedule is halfway through stays of 5 days or more. Guests can request extra cleaning during their stay, subject to availability and an additional charge of 35€. -On the day of departure, the client must leave the apartment in acceptable conditions of order and cleanliness. Boutique Apartments 23 Barcelona will have the right to charge additional cleaning costs when the apartment is not in acceptable conditions, as well as the possible damages caused.
