This beautiful newly built modern villa is located in peaceful area of Tivat, only few minutes driving from Tivat center, Porto Montenegro and Tivat airport. If you prefer walking, you can reach the town centre and Porto Montenegro in 20 minutes. If you like to enjoy the sea view/the sunsets, this place is for you. We have 3 options that you can book: •Villa Roc Blanc (whole villa) •Villa Roc Blanc ground floor (same level as the pool) •Villa Roc Blanc penthouse (apartment on the first floor)

The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Villa Feliz is recently renovated stone villa located just 30 meters from the beach in a tranquil area called Drazin Vrt, near Perast. This duplex offers an open space living and dining area with balcony,fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and library room with a sofa bed on the ground floor, and three double rooms (two have a balcony with sea view) and a another bathroom on the first floor. The house is suitable for 8 to 10 people.

This 120m2 property is set in small place on the coast itself, only 20m away from sea. It is right in between the UNESCO protected town of Kotor and Herceg Novi. It is a very quiet place perfect for families with kids, couples and single travelers. We provide our guests with free fishing trip and free boat ride. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets, sun tanning on deck chairs, swimming in extremely clean water on near by beaches.
