Ligar Homestay - comfortable and stylish near city

Guests tell us our house feels homey. We are international travelers with an interest in Ballarat gold history so we have decorated accordingly. When making a standard booking for 1 - 2 people, you have access to the main rooms in the house and one bedroom with a sitting area. If 2+ people are staying and other bedrooms are required, there is an additional fee. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom off the lounge room has a small double (3/4) bed that can be opened.

It is situated on a quiet street, only a couple of minutes drive away from major sporting venues, shopping centre and the Grammar School. A few more minutes to the lake and the CBD. A Portacot and high chair can be supplied.

Located only 10 mins walk from the city centre and everything that Ballarat has to offer like pubs, shops and restaurants. You can drive in 5 minutes or walk in 15 minutes to Sovereign Hill. The cosy bedroom has a queen sized bed. The living area has a comfy sofa and smart tv. There is a modern shower room and kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine for breakfasts. Only a few minutes walk from Sturt street and its cafes and restaurants and close to the hospitals.
