Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Villa Linda is located in the village of Bibali, just 3 km from the city of Buje, and it can accommodate up to 8 people. Guests have at their disposal a living room, kitchen, and dining room connected in an open space, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a terrace. There is also a private swimming pool with deckchairs, a BBQ area, and a fenced yard that offers guests privacy. Private parking is in front of the house.

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
