Located in a great neighborhood, just 30 minutes from Durango, Colorado, 20 minutes from Navajo Lake & 15 minutes from Farmington. Home is kid and pet friendly. Boat parking and washing are available on the North side of the home. The backyard is fenced with a covered patio. The neighborhood is great for walking or jogging. Tiger Park is located just behind the neighborhood to the East. It has a stocked pond, dog park and frisbee golf course. The Aztec Ruins are 5 minutes from the home. Enjoy!

House is stocked with condiments, spices, coffee, a pancake breakfast, wifi, cozy couch and loveseat, smart TV, queen bed, full bed and peaceful surroundings!

Turquoise Hideaway Guest House

This little hideaway guest house tucked behind our SW cottage house. It is the perfect little place to stop at the end of your day and relax. If your on a extended work trip or a southwestern adventure this place will be a cozy comfortable place to prop up your feet and rest your head in the four corners. We have weekly and monthly discounts and a flat $50 cleaning fee. all we ask is that you treat it like its your own home and double check for personal items when your leave.

There is also a sofa bed that can accommodate one more if needed.
