Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. The 1855 Wash House is a studio cottage, located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is on one level apart from one step down into the kitchen. The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

A traditional dales cottage in the Wensleydale village of Aysgarth, home to the world famous Aysgarth Falls just 800m away and the Aysgarth Rock Garden. A great base for two for sight seeing, walking or just chilling. The village has a pub/restaurant (15min walk) and a tearoom The cottage has all the modern facilities you need for cosy nights in and a rear patio/garden for barbeque evenings. The cottage is dog friendly, he or she cannot get out if in the garden.
