The Wee Glasshouse

The Wee Glasshouse is a modern, studio apartment in the picturesque coastal location of Dalgety Bay. It’s designed to enjoy breathtaking views of the bridges and is situated on the Fife Coastal Path with its many beaches and woodlands. The Wee Glasshouse has features similar to our own house which was filmed for More 4’s ‘Building The Dream’. TV Presenter Charlie Luxton visited several times to record its progress and was aired in Jan 2017. In 2020 it featured in Scotland’s Home of the Year.

The guest house has a double bed with en suite with a separate living area, with sofa, TV and table for 2. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores! we are almost finished converting the old school house building, with stunning views of countryside, windmill etc. we have completed Phase 1 which provides 3 chalet type rooms - guest have use of internal courtyard . Each room has a kitchenette and bathroom, free parking. The schoolhouse is on the outskirts of town, 10 minute walk on lit pavements to bars and shops.

Our large detached studio contains two single beds with an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower and a basic kitchen corner. Kaimes Cottage is situated between Braco and Muthill on the A822 and Gleneagles is only 10 minutes away. 15 minutes to Dunblane and Crieff, 25 minutes to Doune Castle, where "Outlander" was filmed.
