Higher Allercombe Guest House is an extension of our house, meaning we live under the same roof, but you have sole occupancy of the guest house, separated by a locked internal door, separate private entrance and outdoor eating area. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden.

Our vegan-run B&B is a really peaceful, tranquil space, surrounded by countryside & river walks & just 3 miles from Sidmouth sea front. You'll find games & books in the room, or enjoy chilling with the radio or Netflix, Disney or Prime. There's also a little beach hamper in the wardrobe! There are chairs & a little table on your patio, ideal for spotting wildlife! Children must be 12+ as we have a large wildlife pond.
