The house and lower level apartment do not share any living space except the driveway.

Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious home - perfect for families, small groups, or a romantic getaway. This home features 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large deck and fire pit out back, or two gliders on the front porch if you just want to relax. It is a short walk to downtown Girard and some of the best steelhead fishing in the country is nearby. Pets are a welcomed guest. There will be an extra charge of $30 per pet per night that is paid separately.

Our Little Brown Hut is the perfect destination for your family or small group to stay while you enjoy Edinboro Lake and community! Our 2 bedroom/1 bath home is a charming 1950s Cape Cod cottage just a block up from the Lake. It's situated on a double lot providing plenty of space to share meals at the picnic table, toast marshmallows at the campfire, let your dogs run and play any yard games you've brought.

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
