Avila Beach House

Built in 1907, renovated in 2012 and 2020 and is located 1.5 blocks from the beach. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms (queen beds), a loft (2 twin beds) and 1 bathroom. Accommodates up to 6 guests. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cable TV, Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry and patio area with BBQ and air conditioning. PLEASE NOTE: Only a $25 cleaning fee. Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond.
