Hawks Peak is a small, 4 building, condominium community that is quiet, private, and the perfect getaway for the whole family, a couples retreat, or a girls or guys weekend. There are 2 king bedrooms /2 bathrooms and a large upstairs loft area with a queen size pull out bed. Tubing and ziplines are a 3 minute drive and skiing, shopping, and restaurants are 10 minutes away.

Stay on top of the slopes at Sugar Ski and Country Club, a ski in/ski out complex! At 4900 feet, you'll enjoy long range views from inside the condo or on the private balcony. Just 300 yards from mountain bike trails and Oma's Meadow Ski Lift. Free wifi, 55-inch smart TV, electric fireplace, loft bedroom with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, equipped kitchen, and amenity fob to access the clubhouse’s pool and hot tub. No A/C, but cool nights and screens allow for mountain breezes.

Come visit western North Carolina. At 5000 ft our condo complex has great access to Oma’s Meadow run on Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and nearby restaurants. We’re also close to Grandfather Mountain State Park. Our efficiency unit features a queen bed, sleeper sofa, duo Keurig coffee maker, and smart TV for streaming. Make Sugar Mountain your quick getaway destination. Be sure to use a parking pass during your stay (provided). Air cooling provided by mountain breezes. (No A/C)

Cozy Condo 200 Yards from Sugar Mountain Lodge

Our one bedroom is located right on sugar mountain you are within a short waking distance to the bottom of the mountain!! We also provide our guests with a locker (details given at check in) you can leave skis and snowboards so you don't have to walk back and forth with your gear!! You are close to several great restaurants and about 2 miles from the closest grocery store. My husband and I are local so we are available to answer any questions you may have.

This beautiful setting is part of Sugar Ski and Country Club, which offers an indoor pool and hot tub, gym, tennis and a private clubhouse. The Space This condo is 900 square feet of living space and offers a private balcony overlooking Oma's Meadow. We are conveniently located right across from the main clubhouse.
