Access is via the rock stairs at the front of the property. Unwind by the fire pit with the waves as your soundtrack at Tasmania’s stunning East Coast.

Fryers Hut

Set in the peaceful bushland of Fryerstown, Fryers hut is only 10 minutes from Castlemaine, 30 minutes from Daylesford and 5 minutes from Vaughan Springs. Excellent walking and mountain bike riding are at your doorstep or just relax at the hut and enjoy the garden, pool and sauna. In the heart of the Goldfields region there is plenty to explore including outdoor activities, the arts, festivals, historical sites and great cafes, restaurants and wineries.

The Sauna Haus, completed in October 2021, is situated on a 1 acre property, shared with our residential home. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs. Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.
