The property is located on 3 acres, overlooking Owasco Lake. It is a rural area, approximately six miles south of Emerson Park in Auburn, NY. Auburn is the home and final resting place of Harriet Tubman and William Seward. Other places of interest are Aurora (McKenzie-Childs), Approximately 15 miles away; Ithaca, 35 miles south; Rochester, about 75 minutes away, and Niagara Falls, 2.5 hours away. Owners reside on the same road, close by the rental property.
We are 5 miles south of Auburn. The Harriett Tubman home is nearby and we are near wine country. We have cereal, milk and juice available as well as coffee and tea. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome! This is a private studio detached from the main home. A pin code lock is set up to give you access at check in time. A fire pit and charcoal grill is available for use if you request it.
The CAYUGA suite, located on the 2nd floor, offers 1 bed/bath (shower only), located in historic district of the city, 58" smart TV's with Roko and Disney + access, hardwood floors, large windows that allows natural night, high ceilings, short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The bedroom offers a queen bed and there are two single roll-a-way beds in the living room closet. Air conditioners have been installed for summer season. Our home is professionally cleaned in between guests.
