Little Hop House is a small home nestled amongst the green, rolling hills of the Preston River Valley in beautiful, southwest Western Australia. Situated on a working farm, only five minutes out of the nearby town of Donnybrook, but a world away from city life. The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

The Cabin is a beautiful artisan building using local timbers and rustic decor. It’s comfortably set amongst 75 acres of farmland and bush. It is the spot to relax and rejuvenate. The Cabin is completely off grid using solar energy and rainwater. Located close to Witchcliffe and 15 min from Margaret River town. The beautiful coastal beaches of Redgate, Contos, Hamelin Bay and Augusta are minutes away. Close to good food, wineries and beaches. Dog Friendly on request!

Our Studios are built of stone and rammed earth, have cozy queen beds with beautiful fresh linens and super warm donnas. This cottage has a fully self contained open plan kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a beautiful claw footed bathtub.
