As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, our house on Molasses Pond may be a good fit for you/your family. It is a hidden gem down a dirt road away from hustle and bustle. Peace and quiet is what you’ll find, along with a gorgeous view. It’s a great place for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, grilling, fishing, and laying on the hammock. We try to provide you with all the necessities you may need and are happy to answer any questions. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The River Dome

Escape into nature with a stay in one of our luxury domes. Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc, as well as coffee and tea. Private bathroom with a toilet, shower, and essential toiletries. Two queen size beds with a loft space. The outdoor area includes a BBQ, private electric hot tub, and patio furniture. Kayaks are available during the summer months, as well as a communal fire pit. **Please note, there is a short walk down a hill to get to the dome**

Acres of land, a sandy beach hidden behind a well-groomed property sprinkled with beautiful tall trees disappearing into the Acadian forest.
