This 2nd floor unit, with a small balcony, overlooks a 500-acre wildlife preserve and has a working kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Also has a washer/dryer. A 5 minute walk down our private-gated road leads to an unspoiled beach at the preserve. Close to Tanger Outlet, Walmart. Minutes away from Barefoot Landing and restaurant row. Bright & airy, decorated with personal furniture and belongings bought from all over the world, the owner is a well known photojournalist. There are 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, a stocked kitchen, outdoor patio w/charcoal grill & outdoor shower. Located in the center of Crescent Beach which is a historic local beach community.
