The entire house is yours it has two full kitchens and two full living rooms! It is built into the side of a hill and has upstairs/ downstairs twin floor plans, perfect for families. We are located in quiet neighborhood so we ask that our guests do not have loud music or party like atmosphere. We have 2 outdoor cats that never come in the home.

Price includes a 13% local tax. We are on gated 3 acres. The pool sits between the guest house and our house.
