Fir Street is wide with lots of available street parking. The neighbourhood quiet, safe and close to schools, parks and public transport. Cottonwood Park is across the street with a playground, toboggan hill, soccer field and a fenced dog park for free play. Don't be surprised to see a photographer taking wedding or family photo's or a local yoga or karate studio having a class in the park in front of the house. Your private backyard loft view is an open school yard field surrounded by trees.

Fairfolk Studio

Escape the busy city, and take some time to relax, reflect and recharge at this unique and peaceful cabin located on a working farm. Enjoy the tranquility of farm life as you work on your art, relax on the deck or watch a movie on a rainy day. The Fairfolk Studio is located on the edge of Beaver Hills Dark Sky Preserve, so if you're into stargazing, bring along your telescope and set it up on the deck. The Fairfolk Studio is suitable for singles, couples or families with older children.

Timbergulch Cabin & Retreat

A perfect place for the outdoor enthusiast, a touch of glamping where nature meets luxury! A quiet place to get inspired for artists and writers or as a place to finish a project uninterrupted. The cabin does not have indoor plumbing, but we will supply water. There is also an outhouse. Just a few minute drive from Elk Island, our property gets the same wildlife visitors such as the black bear from time to time. The cabin reflects the quietness of the backcountry with modern amenities.
