This is a quaint private room in Queens Astoria. The common spaces are small & shared. This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for homebodies, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

Your stay will in be in a quiet space facing our private backyard. Located within a shared family home. You will have one of the bedrooms, access to the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The second bedroom is just above you and is occupied by the us. Our location is on Astoria Park South, two blocks from east river and it's amazing city views, a short walk to both the NYC Ferry Astoria stop and Subway Astoria Blvd stop on the N, W train lines. This is my home where I live. I'll be present during your stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Jacobi Medical Center, Calvary Hospital, the Jack D. Weiler Hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Montefiore Medical Center (Hutchinson Campus). If you are flying, the three major airports are , in order of distance, La Guardia Airport, 10.1 miles away, JFK Airport, 16.5 miles away, and Newark Airport 26.7 miles away.

For one guest host stays in the other side of the unit, two guests, you will have the entire rental.

We welcome you to stay in our beautifully renovated historic home! Our comfortable, spacious, and private guest room and bath are located on the 3rd floor of our townhouse on a quiet tree-lined street. Jackson Heights is a historic neighborhood full of amazing restaurants and nightlife. We're located walking distance to the subway, which will take you to Manhattan in under 30 minutes, and just 10-minutes from LaGuardia airport.

Cozy Studio with a Modern/Luxe Feel

This is a very cozy studio in the heart of Astoria. If you haven't visited Astoria before, the local avenues are just around the corner! Subway (M or R) just 2 blocks away. The unit shared with me offers a cozy stay, the bed pulls out of the wall, so you can have the open space if you need. Heated floor for even a cozier stay. I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!

Newark airport is half an hour drive and JFK airport is 1 hour drive. New York City ( Manhattan) is only 30-45 minutes drive by car and depends on the traffic.
