The Garden Studio has spectacular views over the Kent countryside from the property's floor to ceiling windows. The self contained compact studio has private access and includes lounge chairs, coffee table and a double bed. We have a dining table/ two stools overlooking the terrace. There is a fridge, a microwave, a two ring electric hob together with a kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine and a toaster in the kitchen area. Iron/Board/Desk/Chair are on request prior to stay. A rural modern one-bedroom apartment which boasts large windows, up-cycled materials such as the farm's own potato boxes, used scaffold board flooring and a decking area featuring a bath with a view, a recent necessary addition! The space highlights the beautiful surrounding Romney Marsh countryside with its big sky views calling guests to unwind, slow down and experience a cabin lifestyle like no other.

Walk in nearby woods, the local valleys or even (if very energetic) to the pub, it is the perfect couples' break.

Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.
