Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

The Guest House is spacious, comfortable and has loads of amenities. It is the perfect place to have a break and unwind. You can swim at Frensham Great Pond, bring the bikes, walk the dog/s, explore the local area and the excellent pubs. Just relax and enjoy!

The setting is urban and a short walk to the Basingstoke Canal. The main bed is large enough for two adults & the table folds to a small bed which is suitable for 1 small adult/2 small children. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!
