It is a value-priced luxury accommodation with a cozy western & wildlife art theme located in an upscale community with easy access to Denver, Golden, Boulder, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, hiking, biking, skiing & the Rocky Mountains. Our garden-level/ basement-level apartment is newly remodeled and is located on 1.3 acres of land that backs to North Table Mountain with 360 views of the Rockies. This spacious in-law suite is great for families/ groups with 1,800 sq ft of space. We are 5 mins from Golden, 15 mins to Red Rocks Amphitheater, and 20 mins to Denver, Boulder. Features: Hot tub, fire pit, gas grill. We also have a new large flagstone patio with seating at the top of our backyard overlooking the Rockies! See pics!

The house is located with short access to i70 which makes it an easy hour+ drive to the slopes. It’s only a 10 minute drive to downtown Denver and 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater, foothill trailheads, Ball Arena, and Boulder. The suite is a close walk from Olde town Arvada and the light rail stop for easy transportation from the airport and throughout the city of Denver.

We are 3 miles from Olde Town, 13 miles from downtown, 2 miles from the new light rail station, 13 miles from Red Rocks, 11 miles to Mile High, 22 miles from Boulder and 6 miles to great hiking at Golden. About 70 miles to skiing.

Bright, clean basement level guest suite with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and private entry. Also available, a queen size air mattress and twin foldout foam mattress. Access to the suite is through the garage via keypad entry. We are two short blocks away from a beautiful park with gazebos, a playground, and a walking path around a small lake with ducks. Reservations are available for stays up to two weeks. Extended stays are possible with owner's permission.
