A short 5 minute walk will take you from the front door to the beach, play park, tennis courts, Costcutter, coffee shops and train station, with links to Belfast and Londonderry. Welcome to “SeaBreeze” – your relaxing home from home experience in Portstewart on the wonderful North Coast of Northern Ireland. We are located in a quiet street with green space which is safe for children. We are located within a few minutes’ drive of Portstewarts’ renowned promenade with its’ famous ice-cream, coffee shops and restaurants. We are also just under a mile from Portstewart’s famous blue flag beach where you can visit Harry’s Shack and enjoy your meal right on the beach.

Local amenities including the beach, shops, cafes and golf course are a 10 minute walk away. Local train and bus services operate regularly to Coleraine, Portrush, Londonderry and Belfast.

You are most welcome to stay in Comely Bank House, a traditional period 2-storey home situated on the outskirts of the historic village of Articlave. Beautiful raised aspect looking out over the Barmouth where the River Bann runs into the sea. Views to Portstewart prom and the Scottish Isle of Islay on a clear day. Built in the 1930s by my grandfather and remaining in our family since, the house has been completely refurbished. We are excited to let you experience our beautiful home!
