The tranquil suite features a monochormatic interior, original architectural wood beam ceilings, an open layout lounge and dining area, and a soothing jetted shower. The flat includes: - a kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, electrical oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and fridge; - a living room with TV and bed sofa; - two double bedrooms; - a bathroom with hydromassage shower and washing machine. This accomodation offers a free fast Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, dishcloths. The kitchen is fully equipped and each bedroom has a TV, a wardrobe, air conditioning and heating. In the first bedroom there’s a king-size bed and in the second there’s a king-size bed with a single bed. It will a pleasure to meet you and I will try my best to make your stay the more pleasant. In this area there are many restaurants, bar, shops and supermarket. The flat is close to the only big green public area of the city (Giardini and S. Elena Park). The flat is easy to be reach from - Marco Polo and Treviso Airport - train station - Piazzale Roma. From Venice Airport: you can take Alilaguna water bus to Arsenale or Biennale ferry stop. From Piazzale Roma: you can take the ferryboat numbers 6 or 5.1 – stop at the Giardini/Biennale. If you need I can book a private water taxi from Venice airport, Piazzale Roma or train station. I will ask you your passport or valid identity card for the registration. Biennale apartment è un bellissimo appartamento in stile veneziano luminoso e dotato di tutti i confort, è facilmente raggiungibile da tutti i mezzi pubblici se si arriva con la macchina al terminal Piazzale Roma o tronchetto,con il treno alla stazione ferroviaria di Santa Lucia,oppure con ALILAGUNA se si arriva dall’aereoporto Marco Polo . L’appartamento è composto da ingresso, soggiorno cucina , bagno e camera da letto . Il terzo posto letto è un comodo divano letto a una piazza e mezza

Appartamento di lusso con balcone privato e splendida vista, a pochi passi da piazza San Marco. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

Insieme a mamma Marisa e papà Carlo, vi apriamo le porte del nostro appartamento che si trova nel cuore del Sestiere di Castello, a due passi dalla Biennale, a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e a due fermate di vaporetto dalla spiaggia del Lido di Venezia.

Lovely flat in Castello

This one bedroom apt has a stunning view over the Arsenale and the Alps. Well located in the oldest part of Venice, Castello, at walking distance to San Marco (20 min) and well connected to the Lido by public transport (1 -2 stops). From the living room you can see the Alps sometimes capped with snow and the wall of the Arsenale, the dockyard dating back to the XIII century.

È inoltre a 5 minuti a piedi da piazza San Marco.
