Luxurious furnishings and custom-made with Murano glass, wooden parquet Africa. Heated and air conditioned environment. Free internet wi fi, baby bed. Bathroom with shower (no shampoo because anyone would use different kind of shampoo), no breakfast, even if you can find basic things in the kitchen like sugar, salt, ecc.. I provide linens and towels. Strategic location in Castello district, close to the Arsenale Vaporetto stop, easy transfer to Lido and other islands (Murano, Burano, dcc) and to airport, close to supermarkets and (URL HIDDEN) family and i have worked for more than 20 years in tourism and we would like to welcome you and your needs. Situato in Via Garibaldi a Venezia, una delle ultime zone rimaste tipicamente veneziane , immerso nella vita quotidiana ma allo stesso tempo lontano dal rumore. In via Garibaldi puoi trovare bar, ristoranti, farmacia, piccoli negozi tipici e un grande supermercato ben servito. L'appartamento si trova a 10 Min a piedi da piazza San marco e a 5 Min a piedi dalla Biennale di Venezia.

Appartamento di lusso con balcone privato e splendida vista, a pochi passi da piazza San Marco. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

It takes 5 min. walking distance from Biennale and Public gardens, where all the main ferry are stopping. Its close in Via Garibaldi and 10 min from S. Marco Square. Castello is the most lovely and colorful district of Venice. This is the place where you want to go, if you are willing to breathe the real atmosphere of Venice.

Large 90 m2 apartment, 50 meters from the entrance to the Biennale Arsenale of art and architecture. The bedrooms are large and welcoming. The living room will allow you to rest peacefully up to 6 people, to eat on the large circular table or watch TV from the soft sofa. We are perfectly equipped for you to cook. In the entrance you can leave shoes, jackets, keys and umbrellas. The towels and sheets are included. WIFI is free.

Questo alloggio ha sede al 2° piano di un antico edificio risalente al 16° sec. nel complesso della Marinaressa nel Sestiere di Castello a pochi passi dal Bacino di San Marco. L'appartamento è composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera singola, un ampio soggiorno con smart Tv, cucina completamente attrezzata e bagno con doccia.

Splendido e luminosissimo appartamento di 80 mq appena ristrutturato (Luglio 2018) situato in zona San Marco- Arsenale- Biennale comodamente raggiungibile sia dalla stazione che dall'aeroporto (la fermata Arsenale del vaporetto è a pochi metri senza ponti, dove sosta anche il motoscafo Alilaguna proveniente dall'aeroporto). È inoltre a 5 minuti a piedi da piazza San Marco.
