Bring your family and friends to this beautiful, country Home just ten minutes from the beach. Rancho de la Cabeza is a peaceful, rustic ranch nestled between world class wineries, orchards, farms, golf courses, and the amazing beaches on the Central Coast! Are you looking to host a larger group? We have a smaller house on the same property. Both houses combined can sleep 18 people. Up to two dogs are allowed. $25 per pet fee. My husband Mike and I are artists. We searched for 10 years to find the perfect spot for our retirement years. We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. Come and stay in our Guesthouse, relax, explore the property, walk the quiet country lanes. For a rural setting, we are surprisingly close to all amenities, beaches, and wineries.

Our fully licensed place is located in the heart of the Arroyo Grande Village. Offering Restaurants, parks, historic self-guided walking tours, wine tasting, farmers market, music in the park, pubs, museums and much more. Minutes away by car to Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo. We are the southern gateway to the Arroyo Grande and Edna Valley wine trail. This is the only apartment in the Robasciotti Building. It is your private oasis to call home away from home.
