Located on the ground floor of a modern building, this exterior studio apartment at street level offers a space designed to ensure maximum comfort. The photos speak for themselves, showcasing all the amenities of the room: – a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with 2 chairs. – living area with a Smart TV and sofa. – sleeping area with a very comfortable fondable double bed (160 x 190 cm). – and 1 full bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. Within these 48 m², you will find a cozy and comfortable space that will provide the tranquility you need to recharge after exploring the best areas of Madrid. It is a warm and functional space, designed to offer the best experience for guests. Guests have access to the entire room. Towels, bed linen, shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap are provided for a first use. A refrigerator, a washing machine and drying rack are available. To ensure a sustainable stay, the hot water supply is limited; we recommend mindful use. The climate control system is configured by season (heating mode in winter / cooling mode in summer) to ensure an optimal temperature at any time.

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

Ideal for three people. It has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. An additional person could be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.
