Fully fenced in yard with private gate, patio, and lawn. The secluded Mesa Lane Beach is 2 blocks away, and the Douglas Family Preserve with beautiful bluff views is a 5 minute walk from the house.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this unit is perfect for a nice getaway retreat. We are a short distance (3.5 blocks) from the beach stairs (241 steps); a beautiful bluff-front park (Douglas Family Preserve); Shoreline Park; close to great restaurants; a lovely organic market; and just a short drive (~7 minutes) to State Street and Santa Barbara's famed Funk Zone.

Relax at the Lighthouse Keeper's House. A perfect spot to retreat to in Santa Barbara. Warm and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the steps to pet friendly beach. A studio size bungalow with a full kitchen. Private deck out back and private enclosed front yard with a fire bowl. Sleeps 1-2 people. Pets okay, unless they're notorious barkers. Please note that there is a $85 pet fee for your pets stay. Many great restaurants, and a natural grocery store (Lazy Acres) .

Relax and enjoy our lovely home! Rennovated 5 beds 3 bathrooms that sleeps 10 comfortably but also have a blowup mattress if needed. Large open living room and outdoor furniture for lounging, as well as a bbq for those that wish to grill. Added a hot tub as well. One block from the Douglas Preserve and two blocks to the Mesa Lane beach entrance. Downtown area, pier/harbor a short drive away, about a mile.
