Golf&Beach Apartment w/ AirCo - Herdade da Aroeira

This is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor. There is no lift in the building! There is air conditioner unit in the living-room. A very nice and relaxing balcony facing a golf field surrounded with pine trees. There is also a barbecue. No wood for the fireplace and charcoal available in the apartment. Please mention you’d like the sofa bed made. It is higly advised to have a car. There is free parking in front of the building. Public transportation is very poor and difficult.

Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

Nesta luxuosa villa localizada a 5-8 minutos das areias douradas das praias da Fonte da Telha e Costa da Caparica, é ideal para relaxar e conviver com a sua família ou amigos usufruindo de uma fantástica piscina de água salgada. Acesso pedonal aos campos de golfe e padel na Herdade da Aroeira. A casa possui 4 quartos (3 deles suites). A sala tem vista para a piscina e acesso ao espaço onde pode usufruir de um jardim espaçoso e servir-se de um espaço para as refeições.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.
