In the house there are four apartments with a large garden in common, where you will find an outdoor kitchen, perfect to enjoy outdoor meals and meet guests of the other apartments. Arico is surrounded by climbing areas a few minutes by car or even walking. You can also find beautiful trails that connect the villages. Arround 10 minutes by car you will be in El Porís beach (perfect for learn surf) and Abades, nice to do snorkel and with beautiful restaurants in front of the sea.

The studio is in Casablanca community, It has 3 swimming pools, tennis court and minigolf. The paths are sorrounded by native vegetation and to have a walk on them by night is magical.
