The Haven in the historic quarter

A special place to stay in the heart of Tórshavn. Sleep under a grass roof in the car-free area of Reyn: the old town quarter by the harbour - a short walk to the main restaurants, bars, shops, bus terminal and ferry port. You can’t get more central than this! The Haven is simple but charming, nestled among other historic houses in this conservation area. Upstairs, via some steep steps, is the cosy bedroom. When it rains, the gentle sound of raindrops on the turf roof will lull you to sleep.

Everything you desire is only a few minutes away, but if you would rather drink your coffee or wine at home, it has a nice garden and roof-top terrase and is placed right next to a green area with a monument and viewpoint over central Tórshavn. You can enjoy your morning coffee greeting the grazing sheep right outside the window and have a sunset night cap enjoying the view over Tórshavn.

Lovely little cottage in a quiet environment, while still only a 25 min walk to the city center of Tórshavn. Free busses drive to the center and the stop is only a 8 min walk away. The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The location of the accommodation is in the center, the good thing is that it is a short distance to everything in the city center, but if you have a car then there is zona parking at 2 hours outside the apartment from 0900 to 1800 Monday to Friday, but there is a parking space close by and there can be kept for 8 hours. The weekend is free parking outside the apartment.

Authentic Faroese House - In centrum of Tórshavn.

"Hjá Polla-Vilhelm" is a house located in the old part of Tórshavn called Undir Ryggi. Its as central as it can be, and in a historical and beautiful neighbourhood. The house is an traditional faroese house, and was build in 1856. It has been renovated since, but only with the use of old materials. Adress is Undirryggi 7.
