H Malsova Maisonette είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο κτίριο που κτίστηκε το 1880. 'Εχει 2 ορόφους και είναι συνολικά 70τμ. Οι 2 όροφοι συνδέονται με εξωτερική σκάλα. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει υπνοδωμάτιο και βεράντα με θέα στη θάλασσα. Στον κάτω όροφο υπάρχει υπνοδωμάτιο, σαλόνι/κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Εξω από το σπίτι υπάρχει αυλή που οδηγεί στην παραλία
