The cabin is nestled in the quiet woods across the road from Old Settler's Park, which provides dock access to Big Glen Lake and a small boat launch perfect for kayaks, canoes or SUPS. We are just a short drive to the Sand Dunes, Vineyards of Leelanau Peninsula and Old Mission Peninsula, and Traverse City. Outdoor opportunities to hike, swim, fish and boat abound in this area. We rent all four seasons.

Cute and Cozy Cabin (No Cleaning Fees)

Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

The cabin is located 1.5 miles from Crystal Mountain, 15 miles from Sleeping Bear Dunes, and biking right from the cabin, restaurants and dining are within 1 mile. Renters have loved the place because of the location to Crystal Mountain, the cozy cabin, easy access to the dunes, Traverse City, and isolated from the crowds.. A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

"The Land" Large cabin in the woods with WIFI

Cabin on 125 acres of woods. Cabin has a lot of space with a full kitchen, main living area and a bonus room upstairs. We have a trail that takes you around the perimeter of the property, can be used for atvs, hiking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing etc. Cabin is close to state land with many more miles of trails! There are plenty of small Lakes around to fish. Pettibone lake is right around the corner within a mile with public access and is an "all sports lake".

Little Cabin in the Woods

Little Cabin in the woods surrounded by State and Federal land, snowmobile, ATV and bike trails. Quick 30 mins drive to beautiful Lake Michigan. Cabin is heated in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Kitchen has dishes and a coffee pot for that fresh first cup. The Cabin is rustic and sets in the woods and is visited by nature. The local residents are deer, bear & squirrels. No WiFi(yet), but we have two TVs with local channels. Fire Pit and outside grill.
