Payable upon your departure, which can be left in the "Pet Fee" deposit jar. The bungalow is privacy fenced, ample parking, plus private patio & grill.

This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! Perfect getaway for the avid fisherman or family with 2 queen size beds in this efficiency unit as well as a sitting area. We are located minutes from the Port Aransas Ferry. This unit does not have a full kitchen but does offer a microwave and mini fridge. We look forward to hosting you! One small dog is allowed (please contact about size) but guest must bring a kennel and keep leashed when outside.
