Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a beautiful coastal décor and stunning water views of Little Bay from the private balcony. The condo is located on the second floor and just a short walk (0.08 miles) to an assigned fishing and boating pier. It's also just 2 miles from Aransas Bay and Rockport Beach, making it a great location for beach-goers. Watch the 4th of July fireworks display from the balcony. The condo is also perfect for Winter Texans and Snowbirds looking for a winter home.

The Copa Copa Site 1 - RV Space

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. The Copa Copa is a tropical paradise with only 2 RV sites that overlook the Copano Bay. (RV not included.) Each site is rented individually and has a 75' long concrete slab and their own private wooden deck, septic, water, PK Grill 20/30/50 amp and wi-fi. The common areas are: A spacious yard with a picnic table, dipping pool, mini beach and a 214’ pier over the Copano Bay which is shared (only) with the other RV site.
