It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Studio Retreat offers comfort, privacy, air conditioning and is self-contained. It has a full kitchen and bathroom catering for 2 guests. The property is minutes' walk from the beach, bike track and cafes. The railway station, restaurants, pub and brewery are only a 10 to 15 minutes stroll away. Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!
