Perfect central location- easy drive to Blue Mountain and the Village at Blue, steps to beach, close to micro breweries, wineries, small towns, Shopping, biking, golfing, hiking and more. Quiet neighbourhood, easy access to major roads and very cool house! Guests can park on property and enjoy the yard. Happy to meet the guests or let them enjoy private time! The home is steps away from a quiet, sandy sunset beach, and a short walk to the public beach. There's biking, skiing, kayaking, golfing, and hiking within easy reach, and Collingwood's shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Easy access to everything with a car. Beaches, hiking and biking are right outside the front door! This little area is known as Brock’s Beach and was settled by a few families that would buy the entire street. When their kids grew up, they built little cottages on their parent’s street so people around this area have a life time of enjoying this hidden gem and everyone knows everyone. In the evening, everyone walks along the beach or down the tree lined streets. In the summer, everyone sits in the front yard with a campfire so they can say hello to their neighbours. As only a few homes are winterized, the area is very peaceful in the winter. Being close to the lake means lots of beautiful white fluffy snow which turns all the trees into a beautiful winter wonderland.

Enjoy this stylish room furnished with a comfortable King bed . Located in a peaceful area within a gated community but very close to Busch Gardens. Also, the historic Colonial Williamsburg is just a quick 2 minute drive away. Amenities include a bath/shower mini fridge and Keurig coffee. Relax sipping coffee on the private porch overlooking the 9th Fairway of the famous River Course. A swimming pool on-site is available in season. This unit is NOT enrolled in the Kingsmill Resort Program.
