Owners are at basement floor with separate entrance. The house is located near the Maksimir Park, just a 10 minute drive from the city center, home to great options for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and more.

Naša kućica spoj je modernog i rustikalnog. Suvremenom stilu pristaje rustikalni i daje ovoj kućici poseban šarm. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijela kuća od 100 m2 te okućnica od 2500 m2. Na zatvorenoj, grijanoj terasi je jacuzzi u upotrebi cijele godine. U kuhinji je na raspolaganju aparat za kavu te razne vrste čajeva. Kupaonica je potpuno opremljena: ručnici, ogrtači, papuče, gel za tuširanje, šampon, regenerator, wc papir, set za higijenu zuba, mali kozmetički set. U potkrovlju udoban krevet.

Mini Hill je mjesto za one koji traže više od udobnosti, traže iskustvo. Za one koji vole jednostavnost, koji uživaju u trenucima tišine i vjeruju da je ljepota upravo u malim stvarima. Sastoji se od spavaće sobe (bračni krevet), kuhinje, kupaonice, ostave i velike terase. Opremljen za ugodan boravak na kraće, ali i duže vrijeme. Mogućnost smještaja i treće osobe na kauč. U stanu je dostupan 5G brzi internet. U objektu se nalazi prijenosni krevet za bebe. Prostor je klimatiziran. Imamo prostor za sigurno čuvanje Vaših bicikla.

Vsak element je zasnovan, da vaše bivanje naredi čim bolj udobno in posebno. Za polnjenje avtomobila zaračunavamo doplačilo 10 EUR na uporabo, kar omogoča, da ohranimo visoko kakovost storitev.
